Lots, but I don't remember where I saw them (I finished the Thief quests so I can open anything anytime without spells....)

If you have the spell - i.e. not on a scroll, you can have any spellmaker help you create the spell you want. Just pick the effect, magnitude, duration ect ... and pay the creation fee. Spell makers are in each Mage Guild hall, most of the large temples, and some Telvanni people.
A 100 open lock is pretty expensive in point cost - I have a 75-100 that costs 55ish. I finaly paid an Enchanter 25k to make an item to do the job.

As for scrolls, there are 100 pt open lock scrolls, I just don't remember where I found them.

I haven't really seen any one who sells scrolls with a magnitude of 100, if you want scrolls and not a spell, search caves wherever you see them, cuz that's where I see hundreds of them, they're not really specific caves, just places for bandits to hang out. But if you want something permanent, go to a spellmaker and listen to night stalker.

There are a few scrolls called "Erichs Locksplitter" or something like that. I found all of mine in Bandit caves, but the kind of treasures you find in these caves depend alot on what particular level you are on at the time. (in other words if you went into the Admantine cave in Seyad Neen at level 1 you will get Odusi's spell of unhinging, but if you went there at level 10/11/12 you will find Erichs Locksplitter in the same place) Patience is a virtue I guess.........

Was the strength of the spell 100 to 100? Also, was cast on touch or cast on target. I had trouble with some chests on a Nordic burial boat. I think it was a 100 strength lock, and I was using the lock splitter scroll, but because of the physical position of the chest, it took a couple of tries to actually get the spell cast correctly on the target.

The effect you want is 100 to 100. What you currently have is a range.
