Hi.
I've reached rank of House Father and the next one is Councilor. Curio says that i have to speak to Duke Vedram (? - spelling ) for further advancement. Now, Duke claims he will consider advancement when "our bussiness" is complete. Huh ? I mean, I don't have any bussiness with him. My stronghold is complete and "bussiness" topic isn't even there as a conversation choice (not with duke or Curio)
What am I missing here ????

Umm... nope. Isn't there. I tried every topic in Duke's dialogue...and nothing. His disposition towards me is 100/100, so that isn't the catch. I was wondering... do I have to move further in the main quest (did only a couple of jobs for the blades so far) or are those threads independent ???

Did you get the deed thing straightened out?
You went to Vivec Waistworks and took care of business at the treasury? Have you reigned in the Ordinators already or even talked about it with the Duke? So many possibilitys here.

Yup. Done Curio jobs, Balmora & Caldera jobs, Vivec Hlaalu treasury jobs, my stronghold is built to the final phase. Ordinators topic in Duke's monologue still wasn't there. Spoke with every Hlaalu person i could find in case I missed some "bussiness". Read Hlaalu walkthrough and found out about the shortcut.

You just kill Duke's brother and speak with Duke again and voila - youre Hlaalu Top Dog. So far so good - if cammona tong boss didn't dissapear from his plantation villa. Famous NPC dissapearing bug ? Anyway....
Eventually I got fed up with it and went into TES, looked up journal entry for the start of control ordinators missons, added it to my journal and everything went smooth from there on (Robe mission & control over Cammona Tong - top cammona tong WAS BACK on plantation then).
