<font color = aqua> Does anyone have a good strategy to get rid of the axe weilding Nord thief that waits on the bridge just outside of Hla Oad? I'm a level 12 Battle Mage and I just can't seem to kick his butt.</font>

I used a cold 55 pts for 2 s touch on him then hacked on him for a few swings. Also he tends to get stuck under the bridge in the water if you happen to be on it.

One word. Paralyzation.

I always my Aegis Jink Sword which Paralyzes and Fortifies Short Sword Skill on a hit. I also keep two glass jink swords just in case I run out of charge. Once he is paralyzed you can start hitting him with damage spells with duration or switch to another weapon and beat him senseless.

Calm Humanoid might also do the trick.

WHAT?!?!? I don't mean to be mean, but uhh I was level 7 when I killed him! I just got some normal chitin arrows and bowed away. When he got close, I took out my Demon Katana and drilled him in the face. Bashed his head in. [img]graemlins/skull.gif[/img] [img]graemlins/wow.gif[/img]

<font color = aqua> Thanks everyone. Iron arrows actually didn't even phase him. Paralysation seemed to be the only thing that would help. Some of the damage spells like lightning and fire barely put a dent into him. It took some doing but it's done. [img]smile.gif[/img] </font>
