I finally decided to go there. But now I'm disapointed. I didn't find any good stores or anything, and the townspeople said they have lots of raw glass and Ebony. It pisses me off, I've only found 1 shopkeeper with 1 good armor piece. The guy in Suran who sold me the Ebony bracer. Caldera gave me good armor too, but I think they'd have some good armor, cuz they have all those mines. DOn't spoil me on where, but can u tell me if there is a store that actually sells ebony besides Suran!!!!! And is there anything good about Ebonhart??

What's the big deal about shops ? I got 95% of my weapons and armor either from a quest reward or from loot. Anyway Ebonheat is not really a city, but rather a forteress, the HQ of the empire in Vvardenfell.

There are 2 questgivers for the imperial legion and no less than 4 quest givers for the imperial cult. At high ranks, there are rewards for those quests better than those found in any shop.

Ebonheart is only useful for the Imperial Quests.

Except for the chance to get Lord's Mail (Quest) and Dragonbone cuirass, Ebonheart is just another fancy fortress.
