After you become Operative for the Blades, how do you advance. I've just finished the game and realized that I can still advance, but how. Who do I talk to? Also, the Ashlanders, who do I talk to about advancing? I've already done all the quests.

You can't. These are the only two guilds/factions that you can't advance to the highest ranking.
