Is their a way to tell how much exp. you have. When I level up what Would be the bestway to use my points, I am a redguard fighter? What skill is used in taunting people? And how do i level up in that skill.

There's no exp system in this game. The only way to increase skills is by using them, or paying somebody to teach (increase) it for you. Once you have increased 10 skill points between your major and misc skills you gain a level. After which you rest and when you wake up you will be given points to spend on your attributes.

You need to get 10 skill advances in your major and minor skills. Advances in you misc skills only affect the multipliers for stats when you level up.

You can advance all skills either by using them successfully or paying for training.
