SPOILER how to get easy money!!

In Vivec you can let the guards atack you then kill them and colect their weapon it is worth 12000 and you can sell it to "Fletcher! for 8000 so i made 200 000 in no time! :D

actually, those ordinators is quite tough if you are not powerfull enough.

Yeah Kaky they are, so you must at least be at level 20 or above i think and i have an "D.Katana" that do 60 or more in damage and i have 100 in "Longblade" skill so they go down easy!

Isn't that a crime? Don't you get thrown in jail or pay a fine? Just curious.

Also, where is this Fletcher guy in Vivec? Foreign Plaza, Upper Waistworks, or Lower Waistworks. I guess I just haven't run across him and was wondering where he is located.

taunt them first to attack you, then you can kill them in self defence. it's not a crime.

Aradraen the Fletcher and her shop of fantastic archery equipment is a mod available from the official site.

Actually I found the Imperial Guards in Sadrith Mora tougher than ordinators. But Megabot is right, that Ebony Mace of theirs alone is worth about 12K.

How do I improve my taunt skills?

Use it by actually taunting people or find somebody to raise it for you (for a fee).

Taunting % success rate is based on your Speechcraft Skill. You can raise it by successfull taunts (slow and sometimes painfull when low level), bribing and by sucking up to people...Or... my preferred method when I have enough money for training, get training from Casius (the Blades Spy Master in Balmora) until in the 30's and I have enough money to drop 10/100s bribes on every vendor/commoner/stilt service rep/ship Captain I run into...
