You are looking for Fast Eddie in Balmora if you need a Mouth.
He can be hard to find because he live on the top floor on one of the small houses (near the river I think), so it does not show on the map.
Hint: Remember to bring the traditional silver staff of peace [img]smile.gif[/img]

Yeah, Fast Eddie's house will not show up on the map, but it is right above "Itan's House", so look for that. But I cannot find the Staff of Silver Peace, havin trouble with that

I gave up on Morrowind for about 2 weeks because of the Fast Eddie quest. I finally had to look here on IW for the location. The strat guide just says Balmora... big help that. So when I found him, I had to find a staff of peace which the strat guide says I got from Ayron for completing one of his quests. I vaguely remember getting it, but it wasn't in my inventory. I keep all my extra weapons, armor and potions on a small island near some daedric ruins east of Vivec ;) but it wasn't there either. So I had to go looking for the staff.

In Tel Vos, there is a door or two called "Tel Vos: Services tower". Inside is an enchanter who had one. Hopefully (for you) this isn't the guy I sold the staff to, but I'm pretty sure I didn't. I don't recall ever going into any doors in Tel Vos except Ayron's. The staff is only worth like 80 or 90 gold, so I think I probably chucked it somewhere.
