I'm a level 10 Khajit witch hunter. I've been requested by the fighters guild in balmora to get a code book from some chic in the south wall corner club. I've bribed and admired my way to 100/100 and i cannot get her to give me the darn code book. The fighters guildmaster in ald'run(?) told me I should be able to sweet talk here out of it?? WHAT GIVES??? She keeps telling me I need to decide my loyalty or something along those lines. Spoil Me.

Same problem here, so bumping this post. I guess I could try taunting her and killing her, but I am not sure if that has any negative consequences.

I taunted and killed her in a short game I tried. Didn't seem to be any begative consequences. Scottilde or whatever her name is right?

I used sneak and invisibility, then got somewhat behind to the side of her and stole the code book. Her disposition has to be up there though for her to actually have it in her inventory.

This happens if your both a member of the theives and fighters guilds. If you weren't a member of the theives guild you would be able to bribe her and take the book. You'll have to kill her.

She has been taunted, and she's toast - noone from teh Thieves giold seems too upset - still have a quest from Habasi to do.
