What in the nine hells do i have to do become a vampire??! I finally found some Berne vampires (the kind i want to become) and no matter how much i let them pound on me I never contract the "blood disorder" thing that gives you vampirism.... Im stumped... jhonny 5 need input....

Ami i missing something?? I thought it was just like any other disease(besides being almost uncurable) and i could get it jsut from coming in contacts with an afflicted being (vampire)..

lower down your resistance the disease. and let them keep hacking you until you get the disease.

or...do this. add this into your console command.

player->addspell vampireblood x

X is the name of the vampire clan you want. ie , quarra , berne etc.

after that go rest for 72 hours and you are vamp.

You can also join a vampire clan... There are 3 vamp factions that you can choose from... Various quests between the factions...

and i wanna become a vampire becuz of their clan battle quests, and the extra stat boosts.

the good thing about becoming a vampire are the incredible stat increases, more quests, and finally there is a quest that will allow you to return to a non vampire state, if you so wish...

Hmmm... I wanted to become a vimpire later on. Just for kicks - before anyone asks *why* :) - but I already have 100% immunity to diseases from cured corpus in Tel Eyr (or something like that). Am I doomed to postpone that 'till Morrowind replay #2 ?

Quarra if your a fighter, Berne if your a theif, Aundae if your a mage. Anyway as a vamp, everybodys out to kill you. be careful not to kill any quest specific people.
