I've seen the walkthrough at Gamefaqs, I've cued the job completely -- I still can't find that wretched little book. I've even tried to pickpocket the Dark Elf who is supposed to have it. Nuup. Any help?

what's the book for ??? is it good, or is it for some sort of quest?

The book itself is not terribly entertaining, there is no story, just a brief description of the content.

It is needed to complete a thieves guild quest in Ald Ruhn. It is found in some manor (Arobar?). As the name suggests, you find it under a pillow in the bedroom of the lady who is supposed to have it. My suggestion is that you always look under pillows, you might find something interesting...
