after Caius left for whatever.. I don't care, but can I find him again and where would more openly members of the blades be. Wondering if there are any quests that are with the blades organization after caius gets recalled

generally none, just do what he told you to do before he left.

The rest is up to you. Just follow the Ashlanders' quest. It is too bad that you don't get to advance to higher ranks in the Blades.
