Magic is rele skank on morrorwind, my dark elf assassain cudnt withstand lets say 7 fireball hits from a wizard in one of the caves(near the prisoners)yet when i went back with a mageto that area the person u get the key to the slaves off took around 30-50 fireballs and it seemed to have no effect,is this because magic is pitifully weak or a glitch in my game.oh well i got my assassain upgraded ill get that mage who got me when i was untrained a lesson in the fine art of DIE DIE MANTHINGS.J:J

1. mages are the best kind of charecter in the game if you know how to us them.
2. mages can be easily delt with if you have a scrol of absorb/resist magic.
3.your thief sucks(you must have very low willpower)

ever try making a custom magic?

let say you make a spell that have a Fireball that does lots of damage and longer duration plus it has another spell that is weak against fire 100%.

original magic sucks in this game but if you make your own custom magic then you will see a big difference.

there is a scroll called gods fire/ice deals like 18-81 fire/ice dammage and makes the weak to fire/ice up to like 18%. and its got a 10 foot radius can be launched from afar and has a lasting effect for 10 seconds. it kills almost any standard character before the effects wear off unless they got an immunity to fire/ice.upon which it says on the bottom of the screen.

He DID have low will power due to the fact i had only just started the game.thanx for the custom scroll thing i didnt know that was possible, oh well.J:J
