The lady at Earthly Deisres..or whatever..told me about a madman on a hill nearby....
what direction is he...she mentioned it and my book didn't write it down and I forgot..darn if I can find the guy....

if i remember correctly...its west,really close to the town..
use levitate and fly around...you'll see him..

He's very tough.. I took him at level 25.. and he got 50% of my health.. but you get a sweet, sweet reward [img]smile.gif[/img] I thought the mountains were due east.. not west.. it's difficult to find him.. but he's by some stony pillars on the outside (not in a cave) and not far from the city (only 1 "square")

He reminded me of Sniper Wolf and Fortune in Metal Gear Solid1 and 2 respectively. Suicidal and all.
