1. Is it worth joining Morag Tong? everytime I kill somebody I've to strip my self naked before bumping into any guards. and the writ meant nothing as the guard will take away every of my belongings. seshh..

2. since there's no option to taunt. Is there any way to kill somebody without the thing being reported as a crime?

Are you only killing the person the writ is for? I think the writ will only get you off for the person it was for. You can't just kill any NPC and use a writ to get out of it(I think).

There isn't any real way around it, but from what I've seen on some other posts is that you only need to dump your equipment the first 2 or 3 times. After that, the guards don't want to mess with you, so you have plenty of time to find someone to buy off your bounty.

They do kinda mention it when you join the guild. The guildmaster specifically says that members aren't allowed to steal from anyone. It does suck though, since my assassin steals anything of worth that isn't nailed down.
