This morning I was playing and I was unable to acces my spells via the minus-equal keys. Everytime I tried to select a spell, a pop up menue would come up asking me if I wanted to delete the spell.

At first I thought it was some sort of spell limit I had reached (I had recently purchased about seven new spells, bringing my total to 17 spells). So after numerous misc. keyboard hits and a lot of manual and hint book searching, the only solution was to delete the spells. That also did not work.

I then tried to access my earliers save games and they "all" gave me the same popup menue to delete spells.

My solution: Exit game, reboot computer, get back in game and "VOILA" I am now able to access my spells with no delete menue. I hope this helps anyone else who comes accros this bug.

I've had that happen to me and it clears after I just hit the shift key a few times. Seems to be for some reason the program thinks the shift key is stuck or something since shift+spell selection prompts to delete it and that's what happens. Keep pressing shift til the program considers it unstuck. Why does it happen, I have no idea but that works for me and hopefully works for everyone else.
