I have a question for you all. I was wondering where the hidden library is in Vivec. I have been sent on a quest to get "Galur Ruthari's papers." Josuba has told me that he does not have a copy and that there is a hidden library in the Hall of Justice.

I have looked for 2+ hours on this task, knowin that this is the only way to increase my standing with the guild. I am getting very frustrated and would appreciate any help that you guys might offer.
