After reading hitherebobby's MAGIC KATANA post I thought that it would be nice if all these unfinished quest like the Twisted Rune or the Hidden were completed by someone with a little coding talent. so if anybody of these godchild-programmers cna hear me: I wanna know what the hell this guy needs Black Lotus for!!!

I'm sure I've seen some of these done already (like Nalia's father and the slave lords), thought it was on Baldurdash, but cant' find them anymore.

Found the following entry in the current Baldurdash fix-pack (v3.61) regarding the quest I just mentioned

Restored Slave Lord & Twisted Rune Quest Fix - enables severed dialog threads and adds an improvised item to restore the severed links of the Twisted Rune quest, which was intended for the game but appears to have been forgotten about as all its components are still present. Until this point it's been enigmatic encounters and locations with no clues that they are interconnected. (Note: This fix includes the previously separate Disappearing Rogue Stone Autosave fix.)

NB: Baldurdash is now at http://members.rogers.com/mrkevvy/ and if you don't already have the bugfixes and dialog updates from there, I recommend them.

<font color = lightgreen>On a more serious note, then, Black Lotus is a highly addictive narcotic drug found in Faerun. It must be how the Slave Lords keep the slaves docile and within reach (run away and they won't have the Black Lotus they need). I suspect that part of the quest involving the Slave Lords/Twisted Rune meant stopping the flow of Black Lotus coming into Amn.</font>
