Images that are available when creating a female character within
Morrowind? [img]graemlins/blueblink.gif[/img]

Have pretty much developed my Female Monk, excepting, the decision on the specific class. Considering a Dark Elf [img]graemlins/uhoh1.gif[/img]

Checked out Google, but no go on face images other than the,
"Races of Morrowind", spec's and they only show one Male and
one Female face [img]graemlins/awcrap.gif[/img]

have you checked out TES Construction Set yet? i think they are all in there. at least a friend who's already working on minor plugins says they are.
