A clink. Pain. A voice. "Rio! Get up!" I felt faint. I saw someone driving through the barrage of bullets to me and Cassidy; probably Vector. My mind went blank from there. Next thing I knew I was staring down Brotherhood of Steel scribes from a med center.

Lost his eye in a fight with a Deathclaw, Rio can take the beating that no one else can, but sharp, piercing weapons that tear into him can take him out in minutes. Has a large scar near robotic eye. Joined Enclave for short period of time to train in energy weapons and the use of power armor. A merc for hire. Rio became sought for detruction of the city of Den during an Enclave raid.
