I've been searching around Serpent Temple and cannot find Teuik Torporn. Is there a specific area I should be searching?

I found him close to lake at N'Ha , but after finishing serpent temple ,but i'm sure he is walking somewhere close
to lake near N'Ha or Serpent temple
