I am at Beregost and there is Garrick and a fighter. Do u think i should take them or wait for others and if so where are they?

I used Garrick for a while - he is pretty good at pickpocketing stuff, but that fighter is really good (although he IS chaotic evil, so don't let your reputation go above 18, or he will attack you).
I actually like Shar Teel (I cheated a little and gave her a Helm of Opposite Alignment, thus making her Lawfull Good http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif
She is now level 6 fighter/level 9 thief, she backstabs for quadruple damage and has 4 stard in shortsword http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif

where is Shar Teel??? Also is Kivan good? my alignment is Lawful Evil

I used the dwarf fighter with the evil alignment for a while, until I got Minsc.
He's actually a pretty good figter. In another game,though, I had to get rid of him when I picked up the dwarf fighter cleric (Yeslick). They keeped getting into fights.

Rikard youre right, Kagain´s constitution is 20, and he does regenerate. Anyway, for a good aligned party, i would still prefer minsc or kivan.

Shar Teel is in the basilisk forest (going east from Peldvale i think, not sure. Just exit the Friendly Arm Inn heading for the east and you should find it). Shes an evil female fighter.

You don't have to fight any basiliscs in order to meet Shar Teel - she is in the north-western corner of the map, just go north all the way and you'll meet her. In order to convince her to join, a male character from your group singlehandidly must reduce her to below 11 hitpoints, then she'll pledge her loyalty to you.
