I went to see Raelis shin and i forgot where you can find Haerdalis so could you please help me ?

Go to the temple district sewers.There is Merkath's lab where HaerDalis is imprisoned!

watch out though, if you want haer dalis (or however you spell it) i think you hyave to do the planar prison quest. This isn't easy, especially for someone at low level.

You can postpone the planar quest untill you are ready!I did it 14 days after I rescued HaerDalis!Just don't return the gem to Raelis Shai untill you are ready for a tough fight!
