Ya that bitch is not there... Just go on to Shurogon Castle complete everything at the castle then move onto Dragonspire to get the sword.. You don't need the Oracle anymore.

town, ill check once in a wile to see whats up. If you see them a one point let us know if its after a quest or is it at night or day they may be sleeping now who knows
