I'm not getting any speech in the game. I seem to get all other sound effects just fine. Using a Soundblaster Live!. Tried in both Windows ME and Win2k, no speech. Did a full install and the .wav files are in the game directory. Any ideas?

I had the same problem but when I switched to the software engine the speech came back. For some reason it did not work under D3D for me.

You might need to update your sound card drivers; DirectX 7.0a alone didn't do it for me (had the same sorta problem with Icewind). If you try this, first uninstall your current drivers or remove the device from Device Manager.
