I was playing BG2 the other day (still have yet to beat it) and wondered would it be fun to play as evil jesters. so i created a PC character for solo play as jester and made him chaotic evil. now you would think an evil jester might not get to far in this world (most lilky if he had reputaion -10) but i have the d'arnise keep and have my own little domain of power around it. doing evil quest and such now what do you think about a clown and minsc killing the shadow dragon alone huh! (did not get far just played this game for the day then returned to my original game)

There's a cheat available from Baldurdash that lets you access all strongholds.

If it's no longer up there, you might check around. Can't say I've seen it in a while, but then, I only tried it once, and it screwed around with the game too much for me. I uninstalled it.
