Where is the staff located in the castle? How do I get to it?

You get it from the Liche (kind of)after you do something for him.

thought I told you that in Skull castle you need to get goshins shield, kill the vampire and get the staff from the lich. When you get the item he wants Cet appears and fries him and he will drop the staff.
