what i did...
_i got jaheira,
_when she asked me to go to harper stronghold i did...
_i fought galvery...
_i fought the rest..
_jaheira resigned from harpers
_the other guy (her tutor) asked her to come to trial
_she left me to harper stronghld. elminister gave me her goodbye note
_i followed her to harper strongold and rescued her.
_killed her tutor outside
_after some timer elminister came agin and told her if she thinks what she did is good its okay... gave her harper pin... harpers accepted her..

NOW WHAT??
when will romance start.. i heard i must buy her an amulet from a fat merchant in docks districi... but i cant buy it... the merchant says nothing about it..
MOREOVER.. when i reform my party and let jaheira go, she tells me "this is not wise... we must make all haste to harper stronghold in athkathla..............."
she then goes to harper stronghold, if i talk to her there i can either accept her back or lose here forever... whats this... now im stuck with her because i dont want to lose her forever..

erm... actually you havent started Jaihera's romance yet. While travelling between areas you are attacked by a thug who holds Jaihera as a shield. If this has happened already and you did not protect her properly then the romance will not happen. This point is the start of the romance ONLY if you play it out correctly and protect her.

If you kick Jaihera out of your party, the romance is over (dunno why, just is)

At a certain point (i forget when) when kicked out, she will leave for good!

Why would you want to kick Jaihera out?!?!?!? She is one of the most versatile NPC's in the game (IMO), an EXCELLENT fighter and the best druid (face it Cernd sux, i know its harsh, but its true)

As far as i know, any race can romance Jaihera

You will have to go to Baldurdash and get the fix that allows all races to have romances. Don't know where MrKevvy's Balderdash is, but it has moved. Somebody might be able to post it, but I can't.

Just apply the fix and then you can have the romance. You might need to reset a global variable for the Romance to be back on if what PoesRaven said is true.

Jaheira can be romanced by any male human elf half elf and (not tried it but heard it) halfling.
