Ok, if anyone can pls help me out here,

I have the Necklace and standing in front of the Angel Statue, I Say " Santus Kerah" and Nothing happens. Afterwards, I say "Blessed Be Kerah" and all the statue says is "Thy Heart be of Grace, Only the worthy shall enter" What the heck am I doing wrong?
