Does the Greenstone ammulet give any mind shielding effects when not activated (just worn)? When you do activate it, how many charges does it have? can it be re-charged by selling and buying or resting? What is it's "not complete" protecton to psonics like.

Well,let's answer the questions in order. :D
1.No
2.It uses 1 charge per use and comes with 15 charges IIRC
3.It cannot be recharged by resting.Never tried selling it
4.Actually I am at loss with that.I haven't seen any psionic power not blocked by the amulet.

IIRC, a merchant will put 50 charges on the amulet when you sell and buy it back. It seems to block all psionic attacks, contrary to its description. Its main drawback is the short duration of its charges.

The mindflayers in the Temple district sewers, one of those bad boys peirced my greenstone amulet protection, either that or i forgot to turn it on

It could be that it protects you from the Mind flayers ranged attack, but not from their melee attack. (Kind of like the spell chaotic commands)

no it didnt wear off m8, i either didnt turn it on or it got beaten
