Hi,

The ring of saints is above the room that you use the crystal to use the elevator, but you have to get on TOP of the elevator to get to a secret room, and the ring should be under a table.

The sword is in one of the 4 crypts that you need the gold key to open, the sword of Mastus. You should also find a Dragon Shield and a Crusader helm in another.
