Looking for the dragon shard pieces is challenging,
Are they all in the dragon spire or do I have to find kol heretic?

And how do you break the two rocks ?

All the pieces are in Dragonspire. As a matter of fact, one of the pieces is behind those rocks.

You need a ring from someone at the bottom of the indoor lake.

The other pieces are in small mazes off the indoor river.
