Does anyone know where I can find the tablets? I've searched all over the sunken city. I thought I would find one in the chest behind the iron bars, but it was just generic junk. Please help.

Well, there is at least one more tablet piece in a hidden room. To find that room you have to open two locked rooms with Glowstones and switch the levers inside each.

Not sure if I recall where I got the second - did you find the chest which is on the beam in one of the rooms? I was swimming around for the fun of it when I accidentally stumbled across it. Never would have thought to look up there for a chest.
