When i start the 3rd chapter and start the first quest i noticed that i can not find Mook anywhere what is with the this could somone tell me where she is so i can actually continue the game!?

In the Docks district, (at night) you will see on the map in the bottom there is a stairway that goes down to the docks and Mook is standing there. Has to be at night.

There's a limited number of hours during the day that she's there. The middle of the night is the only time I know for sure. She's in the docks district. In the bottom left of the district there is a staircase leading down to a pier. That is where she will be at the right time of day.
