What are the stats on the daystar??

and where do i find it??

You get it from a secret room in the Inn nearest the city gates. Once inside the inn, go to the northwest corner of the room. A secret door will be revealed. In this room is a chest containing the Daystar and a litch that doesn't like to be disturbed. The Daystar is a +2 longsword that has a once per day sunray ability that puts a major hurting on most forms of undead.

If you are not yet ready to battle a litch, daystar can be obtained with a little stealth. Just have your thief haste, then hide in shadows, then run in the room and go to the chest directly. Using pauses, open the chest as fast as possible. Then just grab the sword and run for the main room of the inn.

that sword really put the "P" in paladin

my main charater hacked and slashed his way through the shadow temple almost by him selv with that sword.......well i had a cleric running behind me to heal me a bit...........but the shadows and the skeletons didnt stand a chance


conclusion: Daystar is in my humble oppinion one of the bedst longswords in the game........

And don't forget that axe that does extra dmg to undead... have your cleric turn undead and throw that axe too. [img]smile.gif[/img] nice lil combo.

as far as i know daystar is a plus 4 that's why it can kick the pit fiends ass... or is this for chaotic evil only?

and I think the sword that put definition in Paladin is well... hehehehe :D

well i just dont think that paladins shoud dual weild..............

i think i ruins the picture of the "knight in shinning armor"

i only uses swords (long, bastards, and 2 handed)maces and flails to mine....... true knightly weapons

it is +2/ +4 VS. evil
and undead suffers doubble damage

TAKE THAT EVIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WANT SOME MORE?????
