what do the global modifier numbers represet in shadow keeper?

I have no idea except that you may be able to change a romance off and on with it.

Global Variaiable sdescribe the state of everything in the game. Altering them can get quest done faster and have all kinds of wonderful effect. of course, if you get it wrong you kill your save game so use caution.

I'm wondering because I want to help the Viconia romance along. She seems to have cold feet at the moment. The current global modifier setting says VICONIAROMANCEACTIVE with a setting of 1. Is this the correct setting? If not, what should it be?
