Oops, my bad, didn't realise your party was evil-aligned. Get Imoen then or Valgar.

Of course he will - you can't have Keldorn in a party like that unless you patch your game...
I think it's a very good party the way you have it now - personally I wouldn't ditch Jaheira... You see, the problem is, there are so few neutral or evil-aligned NPCs in the game, that you have little choice...
The only other Neutrals are Haer'Delis (a bard) and Cernd (a druid). Personally, I wouldn't ever replace Jaheira with either of these.

Hey!

You are using exactly the same evil-party combination as i am. The fighter and Korgan combo is really awesome. They cut through everything. I have the same dilemma as you do as I have been thinking about replacing Jaheira too. I decided to take Cernd. Why? He adds lots of healing spells and upper level Druid spells that Jaheira doesn't get (too slow advancement). Plus very few people ever use him.
That gives you 2 fighters, a thief, 2 mages, and 2 priests. Viconia can fight in a pinch too is you give her something that boosts her strength, and she has awesome AC due to her dexterity. So my vote would be to throw in Cernd.
