help i cant kill that balor guy who i have to beat to get to the drow city!! i cast crap like dispel magic and breach but it dosent work and no magic hurts him and all my weapons are innefective. im pissed off i summon like everything he kills em then holds all my party and takes em out what do i do please help me please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You need a +3 weapon at least, and also some luck. Kinda figures that when you kill him, that little svirfneblin dude gives you one.
