Well, obviously you have to have him into your party first http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...es/biggrin.gif, then go to the Graveyard District, enter the Dungeon underneath, and you'll find an exit called "To Southern Dungeons". Go through there, and the quest will be triggered.
