When you get to the sahaguin city there is a merchant by the temple (he's to the left) who you can sell gear to.

For some reason fish bargaining seems a bit different to that used by humans, elves and dwarves and he buys goods for more than he sells them.

Incidently I had 23 charisma (Ring of human influence, blade of roses, nymphs cloak and helmet +1 cha) and 20 rep at the time so if you play a nasty party don't blame me if it doesn't work.
