I am playing with an evil party and have agreed to get a deed for the windspear hills for Firekreeg. However, when I went to Galen's cabin, he leaves as soon as I talk to him. How do I get the deed? It is not in the house.

Do NOT talk to him, either pickpocket him or kill him straight away.
