I've just got the 100,000 quest xp after sleeping with Jaheira and Terminsel (Elminster) has just arrived to give her the Harper pin.

I have two questions:
1) Will I keep getting the how are you feeling, I feel gulty yadda, yadda, yadda chats or can I get on with rescuing Imoen?
2) I'm also assuming I've done the romance right and It'll continue in ToB?

1) No, only on certain points in the game (Tree of life for instance, Bodhi's vampirism trick) the romance will have some influence, but the random chitchat is over.
2) yes, I think so.
