I look at some item pages and see that some items are found in the Adventurer's Mart (secret stash)... Where exactly is this secret stash? anyone know?
thanks, ------------------ Full plate and packing steel! |
I don't know of a secret stash.
There was a 'collectors edition' CD which included 2 extra merchants selling lots of goodies - one in the Adventurer's Mart and the other in the Copper Coronet. ------------------ http://www.gldb.com/wayno/e1.jpg http://www.wizardrealm.com/images/epona.gif Time is an illusion. I know that as well, but those items are listed as 'Itemname' sold by Deidre (only available in collectors set bla bla).
This one is listed as found in (secret stash) ... Moment, I'll look up which items I'm talking about, and post them here. Maybe you'll recognize them and can tell me where they're found. |
Welcome to the board.
. . . . *little spoiler* . . . . . The storekeeper will only offer you the secret stash when you're going to battle Bodhi. [This message has been edited by Charlander (edited 10-26-2001).] |
Here is an example:
Crimson Chain +5 (CHAN11) Location(s) Waukeen's Promenade (Adventurer's Mart) - Purchased from Ribald Barterman (secret stash) Vs. Mercykiller Ring (WA2RING) Location(s) Waukeen's Promenade (Adventurer's Mart) - Purchased from Deidre (Note: Deidre is available in the Collector's Edition only) You see my problem and curiousity? http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif ------------------ Full plate and packing steel! |
Yes, of course - Charlander is correct.
SPOILER . . . . . . . . . . When you return to Athkatla in Chapter 6, Ribald will offer you the ability to buy items from his 'secret stash' for a fee. You can't access them until Ch6 though. ------------------ http://www.gldb.com/wayno/e1.jpg http://www.wizardrealm.com/images/epona.gif Time is an illusion. Lunchtime doubly so. Of course, it's sort of like an adult bookstore. You have to pay for the right just to browse the merchandise. Ribald requires 50 gold, just to pull out his secret stash for purusal.

Not that his stuff is *that* great - by the time you have reached that part of the game you'd likely be able to set up shop as Ribald's competitor yourself. http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...miles/wink.gif
