ive pickpocketed the wave blade off prince fish-face but cant find the other pieces. does anyone know where they are?

The other piece u need is the shaft part. It can be found in the quest that takes u to the outer plane. This quest starts out in the basement of the five flagons inn, u rescure haerdalis, go the outer plane to rescue him and his friends, somewhere in the outer plane, i think off the warden, u find the wave shaft.

Shagrat the Half Orc is right, but I don't think that the wave is that good... I mean it's only a +4 halberd with 15% chance of 20 extra damage that can kill immediately fire elementals and suchlike. The vorpal sword is much better.
