When i heard that name in the spells of BG2, i thought that the name ringed a bell, probably from BG1, but couldnt remember who he was. Now that ive read your posts, Im pretty sure that its him. And yeah, its a damn hard battle (and you get too few xp).

The pheonix guards are pretty easy, just cast protection from fire on everyone, ring of fire protectio etc and attack the mage, the pheonix guards will have major trouble hitting you, at least that what I think I did, however it is a waste of time, because the experience you gain is not enough !

he is in nashkel, yep. if you bother his grave more than once, its Phoenix guards who goes boom when killed.. tsktsk for a measly 40 exp or i dunno... its till pathetic... what spell in Bg2 is he in btw?

I am Bahamut... and this Chiharu.

Bahamut: Daer Ragh´s Aura Cleansing, Daer Ragh´s Mental Agility and i believe there is another one. One lets you cast as many spells per turn as you can,the other makes you cast all spells immediatly (casting time 0). They arent available in the game, you gotta get them with an editor i believe.
