Why does this forum promote behavior of people being nice to eachother and criticize raunchy language and swearing when it offers gifs like these.

I think those smileys come in a pack. I really dont think Ziroc had time to pick and choose what goes in when he has so much other stuff to worry about. Besides, he gives us the freedom to do what we like, and we respect his rules. Most people either dont use those smileys or only use them in jest. I wouldnt call freedom of speech hypocritical.

I think the smileys are more comical than insulting. It's usually the post itself that incites the riot not the smiley.

whys a poster called shagrat the half-orc complaining given that shagrat in LOR was full orc. uruk i think.

and you see worse than those smileys in every school playground (and even younger) so i dont think kids need to be protected from them that much.

If your complaining about Kazils stuff a while back then thats in a totally different league althogether and not only off-topic but well beyond what should be allowed in reasonable conversation.

Personally, I don't give a crap about little cartoon smilies.. That Imoen thread is what they mean about be nice..
