Where can I obtain the bits from?

>The Crom Faeyr Scroll can be looted from the Shadow Dragon,
The Gauntlets of Ogre Power are on one of the Halflings in the Planar Sphere,
The Hammer of Thunderbolts is in the Illithid Lair in the Sewers under the Temple District,
The Girdle of <whatever> Giant Strength is on one of the Demon Knights in the Kuo-Toa Temple in the Underdark.

Somewhat non-spoiler-ish:

The Demonknights will only appear if you give the statue some kind of "animal sacrifice." This had me stumped for a while, as the statue has no "shelf" or anything to put items on. I fooled around for a while, trying to drop those Corrupted Koa-Toa Tadpoles near the statue's feet, before I finally gave up and (GASP!) checked a walkthrough. Hint: The "animal sacrifice" must be able to move of its own accord.
