if an item has no interesting description, then chances are it is useless, so you might as well sell it.

I remember finding the Arbane's sword but nothing like this necklace. How much is it worth anyway?

The neclace is just that: a plain, normal, non-magical necklace without any rare gems in it. Not all that special (except that almost every other neclace you come across is shiny and/or magical)

It's a generic (probably buggy) "Necklace" and its total value is slightly less than the 1GP you get for selling it.

I only ask because its got a funny picture its not a **** necklace (like silver, bluestone or wjatever) its just necklace with a prettier picture than normal so I just wondered.

It hasn't got any charges so I'm going to sell it for the vast sum of 1gc.
