It's in the asylum dungeon level 3. behind the troll painting you need to kill a spirit troll to get it.

if i might suggest a suitabel replacement - celestial fury. i cant remember the special effects on either of them but i do know that mulakar +2 has sat unused since i got it.

its in the guarded compound in the temple district. some say its a hard fight but im just to good.
