where in the bridge district are the renegade palidins and also isnt there somthin there that you need a rouge stone

Go to the right from the entrance by the guard dude. It should be an estate but NOT THE HUGE ESTATE. THey'' be in a fight with shadow thieves

The renegades are down and left of the north entrance.. you'll see them in a big battle with smugglers
I'm not sure were the Twisted Rune (rouge stone) is for sure.. just look for a door you can't open.

Synthos said it all, i couldn't explain really well but he just did it for me. AND DON'T go to the twisted rune yet, they're really hard.
